HTI treats every complaint as an expression of dissatisfaction with our service. We listen to your complaints, treat them seriously, and learn from them so that we can continuously improve our service. We intend to get back to your complaint within 48 hours to help resolve your complaint swiftly.
We at HTI understand some candidates may be entitled to certain arrangements during their examinations. If you have a disability, health condition or specific learning difficulties please let us know so that we can make arrangements prior to the exams. We can help with a wide range of arrangements such as- provision of the reader, scribe, extra time etc.
